This removes the need to drive to patient homes or use cables to pull data from devices. The Communication Module means remote patient monitoring is easier than ever. Order modules for your organization to begin your transition to the cloud today. 

To assist you with your organization’s transition to the cloud, we have created a trade-in program to give you credit toward your first Synergy Cloud subscriptions. Any spare SmartMonitor 2 units that you have in your fleet can be sent to Circadiance and we will grant a corresponding credit toward your Synergy Cloud subscriptions. This fee applies to all versions of the Smart Monitor 2 family.  Product is processed through all test stations and the latest released firmware is installed.  Price does not include replacement LCD covers or Battery Doors. These are sold as standalone replacement items. If an additional enclosure repair is needed, customer will be charged for the additional cover as a standalone item.
