Service Technician
Function: Responsible for performing service and repair activities on electromechanical medical devices, troubleshooting customer issues via phone, issuing and completing service sales orders, proving records for complaint files.
Location: Circadiance Headquarters
Key Performance measure: Device repairs are completed within specified time frames. Records are accurate and complete.
Education requirements: Associate's degree in electronics or equivalent. Experience may be substituted for educational requirement.

Experience:
- Minimum of three years repairing electromechanical equipment is required. Medical device experience is preferred.
- Experience directly interacting with customers is a plus.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel is required.
- Experience troubleshooting products operating in a Windows environment is a plus.
JOB ELEMENTS
- Repair devices by following established procedures and work instructions.
- Document results of analysis for input to the complaint handling system.
- Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone to attempt to resolve issues without requiring a product to be returned.
- Perform equipment calibration.
- Help establish the new production and final test assembly line.
- Help write the Service Manuals for new products.
- Create repair part kits for the items needed for new products.
