Education requirements: Minimum education requirement is a High School diploma.
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in an electronic assembly or service environment.
Skills: General record keeping skills, basic math skills, and excellent communication skills: both verbal and written.

JOB ELEMENTS
- Performs assembly of complex electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Perform occasional rework on finished product, to bring the product to the current design standard.
- Performs testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet specifications and standards.
- Reads work orders, follows production drawings, manufacturing process instructions and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
- Complete production paperwork to verify all appropriate production and test steps have been properly completed.
- Material handling, including receiving components, inspection, moving material within the building, shipping finished product and record keeping.
- Order consumables as necessary to support production activities.
- Monitor, record and report any unusual problems, situations or opportunities.
