About You: The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
About the Role: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information. Close sales opportunities. Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
  • Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
  • Qualify prospects to understand their needs, buying interest, and timeline
  • Develop clear written proposal to include: sales quotes, benefits of the product, and summary of ROI associated with using Synergy Cloud
  • Close sales, set timelines for implementation, and follow up on the agreed timelines
  • Maintain records of contact with customers and projections of order closure through the CRM system
  • Provide technical support to customers after they purchase the product
  • Discover customer requirements and communicate those requirements to engineering and product development teams
  • Collect market intelligence and complete Post Market Surveillance documentation
  • Interact with marketing to develop effective promotional/marketing programs
  • Identify attractive channels to market, strategic partners, advertising, and PR tactics
  • Interact with internal and field staff to facilitate the sales process

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Exceptional proven sales success working directly with customers, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business. Clinical degree in respiratory therapy or related field is a plus
  • 3+ years of SAAS sales experience preferably in the hospital market
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

 

PAY RANGE AND COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

Base pay of $45,000 with total compensation of $150,000 at target.
