Sales Development Representative
 
Department: Sales
Function: Drive revenue through phone, email, and social media channels. Coordinate sales activities with internal and field staff.
Reports to: Head of Sales and Marketing
Location: Circadiance Headquarters Turtle Creek, PA
Supervises: No direct reports
Accountability: Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers primarily by phone to increase sales of assigned products and/or services. Works with team members including inside sales and field sales.
General: Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures related to our products and to the sales function.


SUCCESS FACTORS
Education requirements: A bachelor's degree is a plus.
Experience: No experience required.
Abilities: Excellent communications.
Technical skills: Must learn to use Netsuite to access and update customer data. Knowledge of Excel strongly preferred.
Other Attributes: Proven ability to complete tasks quickly, consistent with requirements.


JOB ELEMENTS
1. Outbound phone and email activity to generate awareness of Circadiance and develop opportunities for our existing sales team
2. Build and segment customer lists & call cadences
3. Identify collateral material required to facilitate the sales development process
4. Follow-up on inbound leads
5. Maintain records of contact with customers
6. Interact with internal and field staff to facilitate the sales process
7. Listen and respond to customer problems
